Privacy policy

The short version: we collect only what you write to us yourself, plus ordinary anonymous statistics about how the site is used. We don't sell your data, and we don't send newsletters you didn't ask for.

Who is the data controller

Sarpoli, CVR 44304651, Copenhagen, Denmark. You can always write to us at info@sarpoli.com.

What you send us yourself

When you ask for a free AI audit or write to us from the contact page, we receive what you fill in yourself: your email, and optionally your name, phone number, company name, city, which documents and tasks repeat for you, which systems you use, how many of you there are, and your own notes.

The form reaches our inbox through Web3Forms, which acts purely as a technical intermediary. We use the information to prepare the audit and reply to you, nothing else.

What is recorded automatically

As on virtually every website, our hosting provider records technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, time, and which page you opened.

We also use Vercel Analytics to see which pages get visited. It is anonymised statistics, and we cannot see who you are.

We use the Whop Pixel to measure how visitors find and use the site. It loads from t.whop.tw and may set its own identifiers in your browser.

Who we share with

We never sell or rent your information. We use these processors because the site cannot work without them:

  • Vercel – hosting and anonymous visitor statistics
  • Web3Forms – technical delivery of form submissions to our inbox
  • Whop – visit statistics and marketing

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as there is a reason to, typically while we're talking, and afterwards for as long as any engagement and Danish bookkeeping law require. If you ask us to delete your information, we do, unless we are obliged to retain it.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to us processing it. Write to info@sarpoli.com and we'll come back to you as quickly as we can.

If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

Cookies and tracking

We don't set cookies of our own to follow you around the web. The services named above may set their own, and you can always block or delete them in your browser settings.
